Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 14, 2026
1. Introduction
Saturday Pool Co. LLC (“Saturday Pool Co.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a residential pool maintenance business based in Windsor, Colorado. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit saturdaypoolco.com (the “Website”), submit our booking form, or become a client, and how we use, share, and protect that information. By using our Website or services, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Your Mobile and Text-Message Information Is Never Shared
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information — including your phone number and any SMS (text message) consent — with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information and text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging is central to how we serve you — for example, we send a photo of your pool after each visit and confirm scheduling. Your phone number and your consent to be texted are used only to communicate with you about your service.
3. Information We Collect
Information you give us directly. When you fill out our booking form or contact us, we collect the information you provide, which may include your first and last name, phone number, email address, service address, the service plan you are interested in and your preferred service day, and anything else you choose to include.
Information we collect when you become a client. If you sign up for service, we also keep records related to providing that service, which may include your pool’s equipment and configuration, water chemistry readings recorded at each visit, photographs taken to document our work (see Section 7), service and scheduling history, and the billing information needed to process payments. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by us.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our Website, our hosting provider and certain third-party tools may automatically collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, and general usage data. This information is used in aggregate to operate, secure, and improve the Website.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our Website may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to help the site function, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. Cookies are small files stored on your device; web beacons are small files that help count visits or understand usage. You can set your browser to refuse some or all cookies. Some parts of the Website may not function properly without them.
5. Third-Party Services We Use
We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate the Website and deliver our services. They process information only as needed to perform their function. They currently include our website host and form handler; an address-lookup service that suggests verified addresses as you type into the booking form; a web-font service; a payment processor, which handles your card details directly so that we never receive or store your full card number; and a text-messaging provider used to send and receive the messages we exchange with you about your service.
6. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to respond to your booking requests and inquiries; to schedule, provide, and document pool maintenance and related services; to communicate with you about your service, including post-visit photos and scheduling updates by text, email, or phone; to process payments and keep billing records; to operate, secure, and improve our Website and services; to send you information about our services or promotions only where you have opted in or requested it, always with a way to opt out; and to comply with our legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
7. Photographs of Your Property
As part of our service, we photograph your pool and its equipment to document the work performed and the condition of the equipment. We use these photos to show you what was done, to keep an internal service and condition record, and to diagnose issues and support repair conversations. We do not publish, post publicly, or use your property photos for marketing without your separate, explicit permission.
8. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers described in Section 5, as needed to operate the Website and deliver our services; when required by law, regulation, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect our rights, our clients, or the public; as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; and for any other purpose you specifically authorize. As stated in Section 2, mobile information and SMS opt-in and consent data are never shared with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children’s Privacy
Our Website and services are directed to adults and are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Your Choices and Rights
You may opt out of marketing messages at any time — for texts, reply STOP to any message; for emails, use the unsubscribe link or contact us. You may also ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the address below, and you can manage cookies through your browser settings.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.

Terms of Service
Last updated: July 14, 2026
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of saturdaypoolco.com (the “Website”) and, together with your signed service agreement, the pool maintenance services provided by Saturday Pool Co. LLC (“Saturday Pool Co.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Website or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms. If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed written service agreement, the signed service agreement controls for the services it covers.
2. Our Services
Saturday Pool Co. provides residential pool maintenance and related services in Northern Colorado — currently Windsor, Timnath, Severance, Loveland, and Fort Collins. Services may include weekly maintenance, seasonal pool openings and closings, water testing, and add-on services such as filter cleaning, salt cell service, and corrective or algae treatments. The specific scope, frequency, and pricing of your service are set out in your individual service agreement, which is agreed before work begins.
3. The Saturday Client App
We provide a client-facing web application (the “Saturday Client App”) that lets you view your service history, water chemistry readings, and photos from your visits. The App is provided as a convenience; we work to keep its information accurate but do not guarantee it will be error-free or always available. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. Access to the App is tied to your active service relationship and may end when that relationship ends.
4. Photo Documentation
As part of our service, we photograph your pool and equipment to document our work and the condition of the equipment, and we may share those photos with you. How we use and protect these photos is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not publish or use your property photos for marketing without your separate written permission.
5. Scheduling and Property Access
You are responsible for providing safe, unobstructed access to your pool and equipment on scheduled service days, including unlocked gates and clear pathways. Pets must be secured and children kept away from the work area during service. If we cannot access your pool, or if conditions at the property are unsafe, we may be unable to perform the visit, and a visit missed for these reasons may still be billed as described in your service agreement. We may reschedule visits due to weather, equipment availability, or other circumstances beyond our control, and will give you reasonable notice when we do.
6. Your Responsibilities as a Client
To help us serve you well and safely, you agree to tell us in advance about any known issues with your pool equipment, plumbing, or structure; to maintain your pool’s water level between visits; to maintain the utilities (water, power, and gas) needed for the pool and its equipment to operate; to obtain any HOA approvals or permits required for your pool or property; and to report any concern about the quality of a visit within 48 hours of that visit, so we have a fair opportunity to review and address it.
7. What We Do and Do Not Guarantee
Pool care depends heavily on conditions between visits that we do not control. Water chemistry changes between visits due to weather, rain, bather load, debris, and normal chemical drift, and we cannot guarantee constant water chemistry between scheduled visits. Algae, cloudiness, and staining can occur from factors beyond our control; corrective and algae treatments are addressed separately and are typically not included in standard weekly service. Equipment is inspected visually and operationally, and we cannot guarantee that every defect will be detected. Normal wear — fading, aging, and brittleness of surfaces, fittings, and components — occurs naturally over time and is not considered damage caused by our service. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or for hidden, underground, or already-defective components that we could not reasonably have identified.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel recurring service at any time. You can cancel online through the Saturday Client App or by contacting us by phone or email, and we will make canceling at least as easy as signing up. The applicable notice period before your next billing date, along with any proration of amounts already paid, is set out in your service agreement. Pre-paid one-time services, such as pool openings or closings, may be non-refundable once work has begun.
9. Payment Terms
Payment is due as specified in your service agreement. Recurring service is billed monthly. Late payments may be subject to a late fee, and we may suspend service on accounts with balances past 30 days. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ written notice. All chemicals and materials are included in your service price unless your agreement states otherwise.
10. Right to Refuse or Stop Service
We may refuse to begin, or may stop, a service visit if conditions at the property are unsafe for our technician, your household, your pets, or the equipment. Your safety and ours come first, and we will keep children and pets away from the immediate work area while we work.
11. Liability
Saturday Pool Co. carries liability insurance appropriate to its work. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, equipment failures, or structural defects not caused by our services; for damage caused by extreme weather, acts of nature, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control; for water chemistry changes resulting from bather load, storms, or other external factors occurring between scheduled visits; or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited accordingly.
12. Website Use and Intellectual Property
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe others’ rights; we may terminate Website access for anyone who violates these Terms. The content on this Website — text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Saturday Pool Co. LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.
13. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Weld County, Colorado.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Website or our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
